Exchange & Refund Policy (Egyptian Law Compliant)

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

• Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase if:
  • Unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags.
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
• Certain items (customized products, perishables, clearance items) may be non-returnable.

2. Defective or Incorrect Items

• If the product is defective or does not match its description, you may request:
  • Replacement, repair, or full refund within 30 days.
• We will cover return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items.

3. Refund Process

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days after inspection.
• For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.

4. Exchange Process

• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
• If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund.

5. Shipping Costs

• For returns due to change of mind, the customer bears return shipping costs.
• For defective or incorrect items, we cover shipping costs.
